Katie was great! Listened and came up with a great plan.

She listened to all of my concerns about my son, went through his medical history, and saw the pattern that I was attempting to describe. And she's the first provider that we've seen in almost five years that took my concerns seriously. She was fantastic.

Provider did seem to understand my concern with my son not hearing due to a blocked tube . I would like a resolution sooner than 1 month away
