She has consistently provided good bedside manner and listens to me and my child regarding any concerns. We will use her for our next child due to this summer.

We've seen Dr. Lisa Gears before and she's always been very warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. I also appreciate how easy it was to get my daughter in so quickly

For question one, actually I wanted to say four, not two. She was very attentive, caring, listening, answered all of our questions and gave extra information before we could even ask. We really enjoy working with Dr. Gears .

Dr. Gears is so wonderful! She listens so well and provides age appropriate education and rationales for my son. She never makes us feel rushed in our appointments and we trust her 100% with our care.

She was wonderful with my daughter who was not super cooperative and sitting still. She was fantastic. She talked to me and told me exactly, you know, like what she was thinking and then, you know, she was super respectful to me and to my daughter. And I just, I really appreciate the time that she took and the information that she gave.

Dr Gears always provides her undivided attention, takes our concerns seriously and works with us to develop a treatment plan.

We didn't receive any answers for our concerns and felt like we were brushed off

We were able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Gears because our concern was urgent. She recommended we schedule an appointment for the following day with an oral surgeon, and her assistant Allison called the following day to make sure we'd been able to get an appointment with the surgeon and to get an update on the outcome of the appointment. When I didn't have information to report the first time, she cashed me back again later in the afternoon as she said she would. I've never experienced a Dr. to be that attentive before.
