Melanie is consistently down to earth, kind, and patient. She is very comfortable and approachable for both children and parents. We happened to see her once for Ready Care and now I take my daughter to her for everything.

No issues with scheduling appointments. Parking area is not crowded. Provider was detailed and respectful.

The provider was very nice. She liked listening to me. She talked to me well, made me to understand everything that I needed to know. So I rate her 10 over 10. And I love this new provider because Mr. Smith is retired. And I love the new provider that [my child] has. She pays attention, she listened, and everything I needed, she did it. So I will rate her 10 over 10. And I'm glad we have a new doctor. And I love her. Thank you.

Melanie had been great connecting withy teens and normalizing the mental health challenges of my 12 year old. She did a great job encouraging a blend of tools/therapy/meds to be the most successful in helping treat ongoing anxiety/depression.

She listened about medications that have worked well in the past to treat infections for my kid.

Wonderful place to go!

We received excellent care and all our concerns were adequately addressed.

Just do something about the time! Or be honest and said "we can't care your child the time it will be loooong more than 4 hours" well then I'll take the desition to go to another hospital!! The doctor it was ok but please fix that about the wait time

Melanie is amazing!

She's very welcoming and friendly. Every time we've seen her she'll tell my kids a little something about her kids or her. My son was concerned about his chipped front tooth and Melanie mentioned her husband and her own tooth- something as little as that gave my son assurance that his tooth can easily be fixed when the time comes. She's really nice per my kids.

She has been seeing my daughter for the past 4 years and we absolutely adore her and the way she treats us at every visit.

She was very friendly and also easy to talk to about my concerns! She also treated my newborn very gently!

Doctor made me feel very comfortable with every aspect of my daughter's appointment I appreciate her and I'm more then pleased that I found a doctor that I feel so comfortable with !!!!
