Hi, my answer to that question is I felt Dr. Abdul was caring, respectful, and most of all, a good listener. He had listened to the concerns of my child, what we had to say. I felt he was professional and not only by doctor, but also by cultural, and understood everything that we had to complain about my child's health issue. For that, I'm thankful, and I thank you children as well.

Dr. Abdul is the BEST pediatric provider, especially for our son who has significant health concerns. Dr. Abdul is consistently attentive, thorough, and compassionate in his care. We especially appreciate how promptly he responds to our messages on MyChart, which gives us peace of mind knowing our concerns are heard and addressed quickly. His dedication and reliability truly make a difference for our family especially in our son's healthcare.

I filled out forms. One form asked if I needed help with food, and I answered yes. I don't believe those were looked at by the health care provider. Also, after my daughter's appointment, I went to Connect, where there is like a food pantry in the hospital, but there was no one there. And then I went to the front desk to ask for help, but then I was told to leave my number and name so they can give me a call back. I was under the impression that we get food today, well that day of the appointment, but that was not so at all.
