Afolake Abosede Adewumi, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Afolake Adewumi is board certified, advanced practice provider who is compassionate and passionate about providing safe and holistic care to clients across the lifespan. Afolake provides psychiatric diagnostic evaluation and on-going psychiatric care for patients of all ages. With her experience and a background in health and wellness coaching, Afolake, actively listens to help identify and prioritize the unique needs of her clients. Afolake recognizes that the client is the most important member of the care team and works collaboratively with clients, families, and other care team members to develop a treatment plan that effectively targets and addresses the client’s needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, as well as traveling.
