PA Alex was personable, very clear in his explanations, and put my child at ease. ... and found the root of my child issues!

The staff was all very friendly. We had to get wax/tube out of the ear and they worked quickly and gently and did such a good job calming my daughter they were surprised we drive from 4 hrs but the quality of the care is completely worth it to me.

Prompt and responsive

Dr. Coyne was extremely respectful of me as a mom with knowledge of anatomy and the procedure that we were talking about. And he taught my daughter all about what he was going to do and made her very, very, very comfortable. And she was extremely relieved that she thought that it was going to be scary and it was not because of Dr. Coyne.

The doctors were great with my son in helping him relax during the tests and did a great job explaining what they were doing and taking the time to explain the results. Overall, just a very pleasant experience.

An excellent professional, always attentive to the patient and their parents. The entire medical team who treated us and the staff were super, super. The audiologists were equally amazing. Ten out of ten, excellent service.

Alex and Ellen engaged well with my son to reduce his anxiety, gave me the time as a parent to answer all of my questions. Front desk staff was engaged and welcoming. Medical assistant was warm.

Dr Alex Coyne was fantastic. My son is bilingual and we use both Spanish and English at home. When Dr Coyne was able to switch immediately to Spanish there was such a sense of ease and comfort, I was extremely impressed. He also did a fantastic job at explaining what was going on internally.
