Provider was very thorough at explaining what is going on, the levels of the child, and provider was very thorough at explaining the next step of plan, recommendations, and reasons why she is going to choose this next step of plan. Very good at following up. I so appreciated how fast she followed up with the test results and the next couple of days. Also follow up with the second request that I personally asked directly from her. This was so much appreciated.

She was so kind and was so knowledgeable and just made are experience good. I said no.

The provider was absolutely amazing! Sat with us for the longest amount of time to describe all options prior to us being finished. What a wonderful interaction and experience! Thank you to Amy!
