I've met with this provider in person and she's amazing but online it was difficult because she was like looking at a second screen and so she didn't see all the times that it was hard for me to listen to her because I had to pay attention to what my baby needed . She couldn't always see that because she was looking on her second screen for stuff so she kept talking while I was struggling. I suppose I could've done a better job of saying I was trying to do stuff for my baby and needed a minute but still wish she could have picked up on it on her own.
