There was going to Minnesota ENT that's where she got her tubes in her ears and had a few follow up appointments. But they always treated us like we were just a number and when my speech therapist had concerns about my daughter's pallet, I brought her back and they acted like we were wasting their time and didn't want anything to do with it and they just brushed us off. When her tubes fell out, one of her eardrums did not heal correctly and she had a hole in her ear Minnesota ENT said it was a small hole and will heal on its own and they weren't concerned about it I talked to her primary care doctor and she referred us to children's. We scheduled an appointment which was really easy and when we went in, my daughter was treated like a little princess. Everyone was so nice. They listened to our concerns and made follow up appointment appointments to get everything taken care of. Also, the hole in her eardrum that Minnesota ENT said was tiny and would heal on its own was actually a massive hole in her eardrum 3/4 the size of her eardrum and she needs surgery to correct it. I am so glad we went to children's. I can't thank the staff enough for how welcoming and nice everybody was.

Dr. Redmann is so great with my 10 year old. He spoke directly with her and helped her feel really comfortable and heard. He's the best!

Our provider had really great bedside manner, comma. He was kind and engaging. He spoke directly to my child instead of just asking me questions. And he was very thorough. So we appreciated his time and his expertise.

Dr Redmann's high level of experience with complex airways and his bedside manner are both commendable and rarely seen in providers today.
