Dr. Larson was dismissive of my concerns, refused to answer my questions and would not talk through treatment options with me for my daughter. He was very short with me and he came into the appointment very unprepared. He also did not ask me any questions about what had occurred with her. He just dove right in and he was extracting a tick from her skin with sharp scissors and was just dove right in, didn't even allow me the opportunity to tell him what was going on. And I just did not appreciate the way he treated us and how dismissive he was of my concerns.

He interrupted me when I would talk. Argued with me about a medication and just seemed argumentative with anything I would say. He also informed me they would be calling me with her results and that never happened. I had to look on the portal to see them.

I felt rushed out of the room and not given much info. I had to ask 100 questions to understand next steps for my child's care. This is my second time seeing Dr Larson and I won't be back. I felt the same way last time. He hoovers by the door waiting to leave after 3 mins in the room. Sorry to be such a burden, doc!!!

Dr. Andrew was very helpful and kind. He put my mind at ease and quickly solved the issue that urgent care and the ER doctors were unable to diagnose. It was a huge relief and I'm so thankful to him.
