I thought that the provider communicated very well. She was very kind to my son. She was a great listener and allowed for me to get through my concerns. Any questions I had, she answered them thoroughly and then came up with a good treatment plan and then had good follow-up or things to watch out for. And it felt like a very quick visit and we did not wait for very long.

Seemed a bit rushed but overall great

I really appreciated how the front desk staff were all very, very courteous, very kind, and very fast. They got me in and out of the building super fast, and I was not sure to expect. I had never been to the walk-in clinic before, but my daughter was sick, and it all worked out so well. And I appreciate everyone for their help.

I was disappointed in the treatment that was given for the reason why we initially came in to be seen. I felt it was a waste of time. While the provider listened, I felt there was more she could have done other than, let's wait and see if it improves.
