Because she was very nice and even had all the patience in the world to interact with my daughter as well as with us (the parents) to explain in great detail what was happening with my daughter.

The cardiologist was great with my daughter. She was very caring, gave a lot of ideas of what we can do to alleviate our fears, and she spoke in a way that [my daughter] could understand and spoke directly to the child, which was nice since she's a 13-year-old girl. She was great. Very informative, very respectful, and very, and just great to talk to, like great to converse with.

While my daughter and I liked the provider she missed telling us about my daughter's "trivial tricuspid regurgitation". It would have been nice to know how this could progress as my daughter grows and any symptoms we should be looking for. I didn't find out about this dr until reading the ECHO notes myself.

Would have given a 10, but I know that only registers as a 1 when I do it. Your staff have been excellent in this whole ordeal, especially with the complications that our particular case pose with a bio dad, a foster mom, and a CPS worker. I couldn't be more thankful for all of the outreach and the communication with all of your staff and how great they've been to work with.

Children's Heart Clinic took amazing care of my daughter. The doctors and nurses were kind, professional, and truly cared about her well-being. They explained everything clearly and made us feel supported every step of the way. The clinic is clean, child-friendly, and comforting. We're so grateful-our daughter is doing much better now. Highly recommend!

Everyone we met with was wonderful from the receptionist to the techs and the doctor. They took very good care of our little girl (who was getting her heart checked out) and I couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Thank you!!
