I am a pediatric psychologist with the Integrated Behavioral Health team, and I work with youth and their families to support behavioral and emotional health needs. I completed my internship at Children's Minnesota and received my doctorate from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 2013. I work with children and teenagers who are experiencing mild to moderate behavioral and emotional challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and challenging behaviors. I also support the Integrated Behavioral Health team by completing brief ADHD assessments for youth above the age of 6 years old.
Utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), I focus on collaborating with youth and families to create individualized and feasible recommendations that fit their needs and goals. I value being genuine and using humor in an effort to help people feel comfortable and safe in the therapy experience. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and friends, and watching TV.
