Brianna Palme is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Children's Minnesota in the Emergency Department. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in pediatrics from Rush University. Prior to her advanced practice nursing career she worked for six years as a nurse in inpatient pediatrics, postpartum and newborn nursery, and in neonatal intensive care. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa, where she graduated with honors and with a minor in Spanish. Brianna's special interests include new parent education, asthma, and injury prevention. Brianna also uses her knowledge as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) to assist mothers with lactation challenges. Brianna is married with two children.
