I felt Dr Carter and his team cared about my daughter and the care. They took every concern and question that we had to heart and did their best to give us the answers that we were seeking. They spent a lot of time cross referencing history between my son and what was happening with my daughter to reassure us that we weren't going to have similar issues and to try and head off some of the concerns that we had. I felt that they took everything very seriously and went through all of the testing to help make sure that they had all the information that they needed to give us the best answer that we could get.

He gave us very good information and took the time to explain things to us. I also felt that even though we waited a while, I knew that he was busy. He did not seem in a rush to get out of the room and really made us feel like he had our attention at that point in time to ask all of our questions.

[Our daughter's] doctor, Chris Carlson I think, was one of the best doctors we have seen. He answered all 48 questions we had without rambling on and on, he listened to us to completion of our questions and did not interrupt. He was like talking to a neighbor, friendly, personable and best of all, my 16 year old daughter really liked him. He also let the decisions be OUR decisions.

Nurses and the physician, Dr. Carter, were all very friendly, well-informed, and helpful. They explained things very well, were patient with our baby when they were trying to pussy and not wanting to cooperate, and we didn't feel rushed at all. Overall, it's a great experience.
