Connie Belkholm Smith, APRN, CPNP-PC, PMHS

Connie Smith RN, PNP, IBCLC Completed a Master of Science at the University of Minnesota. She completes a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification at the college of St Catherine in St Paul in 1996. She has been at Children's Minnesota since 1987 and at the General Pediatric Clinic since 2000. She is International Board Certified lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2006.
