Eric Thomas Culp, DO

I completed my Pediatric residency at Advocate Hope Children's Hospital. After residency, I spent a year in a combined chief resident/faculty attending position at Hope Children’s Hospital. I completed a Neonatal-Perinatal fellowship at Loyola University in June 2011, and joined Renaissance Medical Group in private Neonatology practice. I am currently medical director of Franciscan Health’s-Crown Point Level III Neonatal ICU. I am also Adjunct Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Midwestern University and coordinate the on-site simulation program. I am dedicated to quality improvement and the use of evidence based medicine in the NICU.
