Erik Johan Mikkelsen, MD

Dr. Mikkelsen completed his Medical Degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He went on to complete his pediatric residency at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO. He subsequently completed his fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Simultaneously, he attended the University of Cincinnati to obtain a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction degree. He was hired by Children's Respiratory and Critical Care Specialist in July, 2010, and has worked within the Children's Minnesota system since then. He currently lives in Eagan with his wife, daughter, and son.
