Erin Lynn Weier, APRN, CPNP-PC

I obtained my Bachelor's in Nursing from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD, and then my Master's in Science in the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program through St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN. My entire medical career has been spent dedicated to the care of children. Throughout the span of my career, I have worked in Pediatric Home Healthcare, Pediatric Critical care, and in Pediatric community hospital settings. What I most love about my job are the connections I make with families and facilitating a partnership with them in their child's care. And obviously, I love the kids!!! I try to bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything I do in life, which includes my work. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling with my husband and twin boys, planning get togethers with family and friends, and a strong cup of coffee.
