Fay is an incredible provider and Children's is lucky to have her. She's attentive, connects with children easily, explains things clearly, allows space for questions, and most importantly asks questions that are developmentally appropriate and make me feel confident she's thinking about my kids and their long-term growth! Also, the whole team at West Saint Paul clinic is wonderful. Aleta, nursing assistant, is incredibly calm and gentle as she gets all vitals and kids are nervous. All other MA staff have also been really kid-friendly, which makes us feel really comfortable!

You can tell she genuinely enjoys and loves children. Incredibly knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. My daughter loves her.

Yes, I liked how she gave my children their physical check-up; she examined them thoroughly, asked them several questions, showed concern for their health, and gave me guidance on many things.

I gave this person a 10 because I feel she is on top of all the new medications for asthma and I think she was listening to my son when he explained everything and I feel she did the best job possible. Thank you.

Provider is super friendly and caring. Great bedside manner with kids. Very intelligent and thinking of various angles for my daughter's situation. Follow up call was very thorough.

She was compassionate. She could speak with both myself and my child. My child liked her and felt comfortable with her. And she knew what was within her capacity and when to bring in other sources. She was a great listener and very empathetic.
