Dr. [Sheng] was very thorough. She was amazing with my son. She was really good at explaining things to me. She called when lab tests came back abnormal to give me a heads up and the experience has just been great with everywhere we've been in Children's.

Absolutely wonderful care! It is a very stressful time and they made our daughter feel comfortable. The prize closet was above and beyond!! Very impressed with all the staff.

the doctor was able to provide, you know, really diligent responses in a format that we could understand. I mean, immunology is exceedingly complicated for a patient to understand, and then the doctor made it easy, and that's incredibly valuable.
