Dr. Pflaster is great with my child and jokes around with them to make them feel comfortable. He listens to parents concerns and is helpful is helping us understand what he is sharing regarding any concerns we have. We are sad he is retiring!

The doctor we saw today was very attentive to our needs. We never felt rushed. She took her time with my daughter, and let my daughter say all that she needed (even though as her mom, I tried to hurry her along). She was clearly knowledgeable. And I felt like she made the best decisions based on the information we gave her, and didn't rush to the easiest solution. She answered all of my questions, she was patient, and overall awesome.

It was a straightforward visit (Strep) and he was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt with getting us the results. Great experience on a Sunday morning walk in clinic that allowed us to stay out of a busy general medical Urgent Care. I'm thankful for this option on the weekends!
