Hannah Weredesh Afwerke Lynch, DDS

Dr. Afwerke received her dental degree from the University of Minnesota in 2018. After dental school she completed a General Practice residency at Hennepin County Medical Center followed by an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Minnesota. Prior to her professional training Dr. Afwerke earned dual undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Afwerke was involved in clinical and scientific research in residency with interests in pathology, orthognathic surgery, and use of xenografts for intraoral and extraoral applications. Her clinical interests include maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery, cleft lip and cleft palate surgery, and dentoalveolar procedures. Outside of the office Dr. Afwerke enjoys golfing, running, cooking, and traveling with her husband.
