I am a practicing neonatal nurse practitioner at Children's Minnesota as of 2022. Before working as a practitioner, I spent nearly six years as a neonatal nurse at Children's Minnesota working in Minneapolis as a neonatal float team registered nurse and as a NICU nurse in St. Paul. I completed a quality improvement project targeted at standardizing postoperative pain assessment and management in the Infant Care Center in Minneapolis for my DNP project.
