Both the hearing test and the doctors visit were conducted with the perfect combination of expertise and bedside manner. Things were easily explained in an professional way.

The appointment went well. We were a little bit caught off guard by our provider as I thought that I had made an appointment with a different provider who ended up being outsick, I think, but then we weren't aware of switching the provider. So that was fine. However, the original provider was recommended to us by a friend. So besides that, everything went well. The other thing that I was going to say is after the provider looked at the x-ray that we had brought from the orthodontist and said that the adenoids were moderately enlarged, I'm not sure how that was going to be treated following the plan. So I guess I left with some of my questions unanswered. Otherwise, the appointment went well and the doctor was very kind to us. Thank you.

Amazing as always! Worth the 3 hour drive to know that our son is in good care and the provider and other staff connect with us where we don't feel like a dollar sign. That the truly care for the comfort and health of our son and help us as parents understand! Thank you so much for the amazing care! Even when our son was crying you and your staff went above and beyond! Also I didn't catch her name but I believe she was training in or shadowing our primary person we see at the ENT, she will be an asset to the team! She came in and connect with our son and very well educated just as amazing are our primary doctor! Thank you!

She was kind, especially since my boys were all over the room. After the visit I was able to talk with my husband, and she called back right away. She also looked into what surgeon would be willing to do a partial removal of the tonsils versus full removal. She was quick and I appreciate the fluid response.

Overall, I think it was a good visit. My only maybe complaint was that my son wasn't able to get his hearing tested. And then we had to go back in the waiting room and wait for a while. And I was a little confused on what was going to happen next. But other than that, everything was good.

Attentive, patient, kind, personable, gave excellent and thorough care/explanations, never made us feel rushed, supportive. I highly recommend
