Very good doctors, that's why I gave them a 10.

She was kind, especially since my boys were all over the room. After the visit I was able to talk with my husband, and she called back right away. She also looked into what surgeon would be willing to do a partial removal of the tonsils versus full removal. She was quick and I appreciate the fluid response.

Overall, I think it was a good visit. My only maybe complaint was that my son wasn't able to get his hearing tested. And then we had to go back in the waiting room and wait for a while. And I was a little confused on what was going to happen next. But other than that, everything was good.

Attentive, patient, kind, personable, gave excellent and thorough care/explanations, never made us feel rushed, supportive. I highly recommend

The ENT that saw [my son] was extremely knowledgeable and kind, patient, and she explained everything really thoroughly to me and made sure if I had questions to answer them or ask them and get them answered. She really gave me the options I had clearly. gave what her recommendations would be. It was just an overall pleasant experience. My son was particularly sleep deprived and not at his best, so he was a little crabby and impatient, but she did so wonderfully with him. I would recommend her to any other person needing any ENT help. Thank you.

She is very attentive and well informed. Also gave us several options for what to expect on the road.

She really listened to my child and really made sure she understood what my child was saying and that she felt her, made my child completely comfortable and made sure she understood everything that was going to happen.

Everybody was prompt and polite. Explained things well.

They took the extra time- answered 99% of my questions in detail before I even asked. Doctor helped me with scheduling when she could see I was a little unsure how to proceed and nervous. Competent, confident, attuned and reassuring.

Great service

The provider took her time to explain the procedure and the reasons why the procedure would be beneficial along with the risks. The provider also answered all of our questions without negating any information that we had heard about other procedures. The provider was very thoughtful in the way that things were explained and had great bedside manner with our toddler.
