Jeffrey Edward Nowak, MD

Dr. Nowak grew up in Champaign, Illinois and attended medical school at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He completed a residency in pediatrics at the University of Minnesota and then a fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. During his fellowship Dr. Nowak performed research in the areas of sepsis, inflammation, and blood stream infections in the pediatric intensive care unit. His clinical interests include optimizing the care of children with sepsis, shock and/or respiratory failure.
