Jessica Freeman is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Minnesota who has devoted her career to Pediatric Medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and became an inpatient nurse at Children's Colorado Hospital in Denver in 2007 and Children's Healthcare Associates in Chicago in 2011. In 2013, she received her Masters in Nursing at Rush University Medical College of Chicago. Following, she devoted nearly 10 years of practice to Emergency Medicine and Primary Care as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Children's Minnesota in the Emergency Department and Pediatric Services, P.A. She prides her services on safety, education, and family-centered care that values partnering with a child's caregiver(s). Following, she served as the Director of Health Services for a non-profit organization and returned to Children's Minnesota in 2024 to join the Cancer and Blood Disorders Program as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three kids, traveling, promoting self-care and seeing the world through her children's eyes.
