          Took time with my child that our other ENT did not. Thoroughly explained things to us, instead of brushing us off. Our concerns were looked at and taken seriously - finding that he may have hearing loss and want us to come back for a follow up hearing test. Something our first ENT failed to even perform for our son after tubes
