When I expressed concerns about my child, I was immediately given resources and the resources reached out directly via phone number the next day, which was extremely, extremely helpful.

We have never had her before. She was fine and explained things clearly but was a bit brusque. We prefer someone who has a warmer personality but for this appointment we couldn't choose. So she was fine.

I was happy to hear that my daughter's rash could be healed with some apple cider vinegar first as a start.

Felt very condescending in the approach with us so not someone we'd recommend or choose to see. Daughter (patient) felt a bit uncomfortable and so did I as the parent. I have not had an experience like this at PIP in 22 years of brining my kids here.
