I liked the service.

She was an excellent professional who spoke Spanish, which meant I could understand what she was trying to tell me, and she could also understand my son's needs in Spanish because I don't speak English. So it was very helpful that she spoke both languages and could understand me, and I could also accept her opinions and what my son needs at that moment.

Dr. Otto is the best!

Dr. Otto and all of the nurses have always been very easy to talk to and have always helped us out with our child with Down syndrome. I would not take my child to any other place unless Dr. Otto left. If Dr. Otto were to leave, I would definitely follow her.

He is very kind.

They seemed rushed from the start. Didn't "read the room", didn't remember this kid or that they are anxious, on the spectrum and depressed. Didn't use the kids preferred pronouns again (3rd appointment in a row that happened). They are a nice person and knowledgeable, but not a good fit for my kid.

I have firsthand experience of how they treat both the patient and the caregivers, with the patience and respect that every human being deserves, thank you very much.

Because the entire team was great

Because my son cried a lot when the doctor grabbed his face tightly to check his ears. Doctors should be more patient with children so they don't make them cry during the exam.
