Katie covered everything we wanted/needed to know without us even needing to ask questions. She is extremely thorough, and made sure we knew what to do if we had issues or concerns down the road. She's patient and sweet with the kids, while also making sure she gets the parents all the information the need

The staff are kind patient and knowledgeable

The staff did their best with a challenging situation (very fussy twins). I didn't have a great experience but that wasn't because of the quality of the clinic. I do wish I had been told (or maybe reminded) to bring a second adult with me to care for the second child while I was in the hearing booth with the other. I also wish I would have been told that cold symptoms can impact hearing and maybe been encouraged to reschedule because of that.

She listened well and understood, answered all my questions and was kind and compassionate. She was also very knowledgeable.
