Dr. Greenwood went above and beyond to create a plan of care for my child. She was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. She used active listening and cared about my opinions and concerns.

Everyone was caring, patient and kind including the schedulers. We were there for an infusion. The Nurse explained the infusion process and was so good with my daughter prepping her for the IV and making sure she was comfortable. The Dr was also kind, listened to our concerns and made sure we had input and agreed on next course of action. While we were scheduling her next appointment my child experienced low blood sugar (T1D) and we had forgotten fast acting carbs. The schedulers quickly found her apple juice and were very kind about it.

Dr Greenwood took the time to get to know my daughter and her history. She explained things well to my teen, and frequently asked both my teen and I if we were on board with the plan of care. Great follow-up with lab results and next steps!
