Kelly Swearingen Lemieux, MD

Kelly Lemieux, MD, is currently the Medical Director of pediatrics at Ridgeview Medical Center where she works on the Waconia campus.

Prior to joining Ridgeview Medical Center, Dr. Lemieux was a primary care pediatrician for 28 years at Wayzata Children's Clinic. During her time at Wayzata Children’s Clinic, she was an owner and served as Board President.

Dr. Lemieux served in the Chief of Staff roles at Children's Minnesota from 2016-2022. Dr. Lemieux was also a former Director on the Children's Physician Network (CPN) Board and Children's Health Network (CHN) Board. She is a past-chair of the Clinical Operations and Performance Committee of the CHN where she was involved in clinical quality and care coordination work.

Dr. Lemieux completed medical school in 1992 and pediatric residency training in 1995 at the University of Minnesota. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Her clinical interests include all aspects of general pediatrics, from birth to college age, and especially as it relates to partnering with families in their communities to navigate health care for their children.
