Dr. Miller is extremely knowledgeable and can translate that knowledge to help us feel confident with our child's care. He does this in a way that is not condescending or rude- just genuine and intentional.

The doctors at Children's Blood Disorder Clinic at Children's Hospital treat my daughter and my husband and I and all of our children very special and very individualized. They never give the impression that we are taking too much of their time or that we are asking too many questions or that we are concerned about too many things. They sit with us in patience and kindness and lovingness and we feel like we are a part of their family.

Dr. Miller has been amazing since the moment we met him nearly four years ago.

All the staff there was extremely kind, understanding and helpful in every way possible. Th doctor we had, Dr. Lane Miller, was kind, explained everything in detail of what was going on. Took time and effort to figure out what was wrong. I'm grateful my family and I went to children's hospital.

I did like the entire service that the doctor's friend gave me, and the nurses were all very good.

Thank you so much from each and every doctor in every department on every floor that was involved with my child. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate each and every one of you. And there's no need for a change. Y'all do very, very amazing, amazing work. Thank you so much and God bless all of you.

Our son's oncologist Dr. Lane Miller, his nurse case manager Ali, and his phlebotomist Nero are absolutely the BEST - I can't say enough good things about them. It's obvious that they all care about him as a whole person, and I would trust them to treat anyone in my family. We are blessed that our son has been treated by this extraordinary team!

Ali (phlebotomy) was exceptional! She convinced my son to get a blood draw through his vein just by making it sound like no big deal. No one has been able to do that since his diagnosis in 2019. Dr. Miller was also very chill about it so Nico agreed to just do it. Now he can't believe he was so afraid of just a little poke. Thank you team! We love you all!
