Great staff. The people at the front desk were very welcoming and great with my son. The lobby was kid friendly. My 2 year old loved riding around in the red car, and as a parent I was grateful that Children's encouraged play and movement while waiting for an appointment. Nero was kind and thoughtful, asking my son if he wanted to pick a toy to bring into the exam room. Nero also used kid friendly language when taking his vitals. The Hematologist was on time and thorough with her explanation of labs to be drawn, supplement doses and recommendations and next steps following our initial appointment. I appreciate that Children's validated my parking. One recommendation I would give is sending an address link to the parking ramp in the reminder text, in addition to or in leu of the hospital address.
