Laura Woodbeck Moustafa, MD

Dr. Woodbeck Mosutafa grew up in a small town in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. She completed her undergraduate studies at Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI, and medical school at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI (Go Green!). She moved to Minneapolis for her Pediatrics Residency at the University of Minnesota, which is actually 3 hours closer to her Upper Michigan hometown than Michigan State. An active, outdoors enthusiast, Dr. Woodbeck Moustafa was excited to accept a job at PIP to remain in the Twin Cities area. She enjoys treating children of all ages, with a particular passion for sports medicine and nutrition.

In her spare time, Dr. Woodbeck Moustafa enjoys running with her husband and their two dogs. She also loves biking, competing in triathlons, hiking, cross-country skiing, and almost any other outdoor pursuit. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and New York Times crossword puzzles.
