Lorene Michelle Freehill, MD

Dr. Lorene Freehill is a pediatrician who has practiced with South Lake Pediatrics for 11 years. Dr. Freehill attended college at Quincy University in Quincy, Illinois and medical school at Loyola University in Maywood, Illinois. She completed her pediatric residency at Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. Freehill provides general pediatric care for infants, children and adolescents. She cares for ill children as well as performs routine preventative health exams and sports participation physicals. She sees premature infants as well as special needs patients.

Dr. Freehill has special interests in ADHD, adolescent healthcare, and asthma care. She is married to Mike Freehill, a local orthopedic surgeon, and they have two daughters. In her spare time she enjoys travel, reading, golf, tennis, gardening, scrapbooking, and being a Girl Scout leader.
