The audiologist answered all of my questions, not just about the results of the hearing screen specifically we were doing, but about some of my son's other issues with auditory processing and school and IEP. And that was part of the reason we were doing the hearing screen in the first place. But she took the time to answer all those questions for me, which was extremely helpful. And it was beyond the scope of what we were testing in that specific appointment, so I appreciated that.

The audiologist we saw was super kind, she talked us through everything and was extremely knowledgeable about CMV, it was nice to hear from a knowledgeable person about it.
