Overall, I was very pleased with the help over the phone, getting an appointment, the provider being greeted at the desk, etc. Despite having an appointment, we did have to wait a little long. So that's my only feedback. Thanks.

Dr. Chapman was very kind and very helpful. We typically see a different provider, but Dr. Chapman was available and we had a great experience with her. She was helpful and really respectful with our daughter.

I am giving this rating to the doctor because she treated us very well, explained everything we asked about the girl clearly, and gave us a lot of confidence.

Dr. Chapman was great. I felt like she really listened to our concerns/questions about our new born and offered good suggestions/solutions and told us what to expect and what to look for. As first time parents I felt we were heard and that was a good feeling.

Because she's a good provider, she listen your problems and came out with a great solution. She has been my children's primary care provider since birth and she is always wonderful and easy to work with.

We had a 12:45 appointment and the provider did not get in to see us until 1:10. I found out the provider is at lunch until 1:00. My time is valuable and knowing an appointment is made for 12:45 and no one is going to see us until after 1:00 is disappointing. Partners in pediatrics needs to reevaluate the timing of appointments and realize parents and kids have to take time away from work and or school and wasting 25 minutes is not acceptable.
