Mackensie McBeain, D.D.S. grew up in a small town in Southern Minnesota, New Richland. She earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology & Anthroplogy, Biomedical Studies from Saint Olaf College. Dr. McBeain received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Minnesota. After graduation, she spent two years doing oral and maxillofacial surgery internships at University of Connecticut and Northwestern University in Chicago, before realizing her love of pediatric dentistry. Dr. McBeain spent two years working in private practice before joining the pediatric dentistry residency at the University of Minnesota. In her free time, she loves hunting with her husband, Drew, and their dogs, Rohlin (3 yrs) and Ryder (1.5 yrs), playing and spending time with their son, biking, working on house projects, trying new restaurants or new foods her husband cooks, playing board games, and spending time with her family and friends.
