Madeline has been the only audiologist my son has seen for the last 6 years through 10 surgeries. We now schedule appointments with Madeline m on separate days from appointments in St. Paul with Dr. Roby. I know we could see a different audiologist in St. Paul but the trust and confidence we have in Madeline is so meaningful!

Madeline is a top notch audiologist and always explains her findings thoroughly. You can tell she really likes working with kids!

Madeline is an incredible audiologist. She knows my child well and connects with him on a personal level. She respects him (and me) and is supportive and thorough. Her pleasant personality make some difficult conversations more bearable. We've followed her to MG, even though his ENT is still in St. Paul so we can maintain the meaningful relationship we've developed with Madeline over the last 6 years.

The provider was so kind and patient. She was warm and informative and I appreciated her approach so much that I asked if we could transfer to continue all of my son's follow up care with her. She just felt like instantly someone so trusted. I wasn't thrilled with my current audiologist but I didn't have many options through that practice. My experience yesterday was enough to make me switch health systems and move to Children's.
