Mary Alice Langevin, APRN, CNP

Mary Langevin is a family nurse practitioner who works in the Cancer and Blood Disorders Clinic at Children's Minnesota. Her areas of practice include development of the Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology Program, Integrative Oncology, leadership in Quality and Safety collaboratives and the Survivorship Clinic for survivors of pediatric cancers. She has successfully implemented the fertility preservation program for Hem/onc patients and provides initial risk assessments and options for preserving fertility before their treatment begins. Currently an active member of the Leukemia/lymphoma team and the AYA (adolescent and young adult) team. She holds certification in pediatric oncology nursing. Mary started at Children's as a staff nurse on the inpatient oncology unit in 1997. Areas of interest include integrative medicine, nutrition, and complementary and alternative therapies.
Mary also spends time as an advanced practice nurse leading the CLABSI prevention efforts in the Hematology/Oncology ambulatory clinic since 2009. Has also been active in the Antibiotic Sterwardship committee and now with Cerner Oncology.
