Dr. Sajady (she/her) is a board-certified pediatrician at Children's Minnesota in the department of Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics. She received an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in child development. She completed a dual degree program in both medicine and public health at Des Moines University in Iowa, then returned to the University of Minnesota to complete her pediatric residency training and an additional subspecialty training fellowship in developmental-behavioral pediatrics. Molly has a passion for caring for children with complex health care needs and their families. She strives to partner with families to facilitate shared decision-making for maximizing each child’s unique strengths and abilities. Her clinical areas of interest include the care of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and other neurodevelopmental and genetic conditions. Her research interests are focused on promoting health outcomes through nature and mindfulness experiences. Dr. Sajady enjioys spending time outdoors with her spouse and children, including hiking, biking, and gardening.

        I like Dr. Sajady . She's a wonderful doctor. She spent enough time to discuss all the pros, cons, and talk about the behavior, his development, suggested many ways regarding his development. So we are so glad to consult with Dr. Sajady . She's an awesome doctor. She has so much patience. And I would say she's a very kind and very wonderful human being.

        Dr. Sajady is amazing with my kids! We have been seeing her for years and are so grateful she is part of our care team! She is so kind, caring, compassionate and understanding. I absolutely appreciate her scheduling sibling appointments back to back and making this accommodation for our family!

        It's truly exceptional. From the moment you see her, you feel cared for, respected, her expertise, the attention she gives you, the details, the genuine compassion really sets her apart. She takes the time to listen, thoroughly explain everything, and makes you feel completely at ease. We are so grateful for her dedication and her outstanding care that she provides.
