Sorry, my son hit the number for the first answer, so that should not have been a one for no. Everything was very good about our visit. And yeah, we got in right away. We were in and out of the clinic in less than half an hour and got the lab results within a very short time after that. So everyone was real courteous and caring. And sorry, I'm going to have to hang up because I've got to feed my son dinner. But thank you all for your excellent care.

Dr. Metille is a great listener and takes the time to help understand my child's health concerns. She's professional, smart and kind. Her nursing/support staff is always helpful and top-notch as well. She's been caring for my kids since they were babies and now they are teens and I always trust her decisions and care.

I feel like Dr. Mettille is very responsive, listens carefully, and I think gives parents appropriate credit or weight in terms of knowledge of their kid, and is thorough.

Provider did not ask our names as the parent and the visit felt very business-like. We were told what to do for our child vs asked what we preferred and offered to come up with a collaborative solution. Definitely not as happy with our newborn experience at this clinic vs the one we went to with our first child.
