She treated me like I knew absolutely nothing and was very unkind from the moment she walked in. This is a different provider than we usually see and I usually don't care much but this was a terrible experience. She shamed me about my child having eczema and a diaper rash even though I told her we were already taking care of it and she has VERY sensitive skin. I love our normal provider and am very sad and disheartened that the provider I saw this time treated me this way. I am thankful that this isn't my first child otherwise I would have taken her words to heart or changed what I believed based on what she said. I just thought you should know that this provider is not very kind to parents and will shame them.

Dr. Palmer knows our children and remembers them, even if she only sees them once a year. She listens to my children's questions and concerns and explains things well. She also gives us a heads up for next visits, if there will be immunizations included, so our kids can prep for it. I love how she always shows them their growth and a guess for how tall they will be.
