It could improve by when the doctor says he will contact you with test results, contact the person. I have also called and left a message and I still have not heard on test results from my daughter. And I have questions and I still have not heard back. That could improve. Everything else was excellent. Thank you.

Hi, we had Dr. Gossai. He was phenomenal, period. He was so thoughtful and helpful. He listened. He wanted to know about her, everything about her, her eating habits, her sleeping, her drinking, her growth, her past and prior illnesses, family history, et cetera. One of the best doctors I've ever been a patient of. He was phenomenal. Yara, the phlebotomist, was wonderful, took recommendations and guidance appropriately. We had an overall wonderful experience. And I forget the gal with the redhead who worked at the front desk who welcomed us. She needs a raise. She did phenomenal. She was so exceptional.

I was not expecting the doctor to be so kind. He answered every question we had, was so kind to our son, and I left the appointment feeling very reassured. The entire staff and team were kind and accommodating throughout the entire experience. Thank you!

The care and love that all staff gives my boy is beyond beautiful. The environment and positive energy in the building makes my son way more comfortable going into your facility. Thank you all from the bottom on my heart.
