Prachi Agarwala Striker, MD

Dr. Striker attended medical school at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in Adult Psychiatry and a fellowship in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Michigan School of Medicine.

Dr. Striker was previously the Senior Medical Director of Child/Adolescent Psychiatry at University of Minnesota Health and worked on the Child/Adolescent Psychiatry inpatient units from 2011-2017. She was the Medical Director at Natalis Counseling and Psychology Solutions from 2018-2020. Dr. Striker has also worked in the correctional setting with adjudicated adults and adolescents. From 2020-2022, Dr. Striker worked for Innovatel, seeing children and adolescents through Children’s Wisconsin. She joined Prairie Care in Jan 2022, working most recently at the Maplewood Partial Hospital Program.

Dr. Striker strongly believes that self care is important to our mental and physical health. Daily exercise, fresh air, good nutrition, socialization and sleep are vital to our overall well being.
