Rachel Ann Bye, MD

Dr Bye graduated from Wellesley College with a BA in Chinese Studies. She then attended the University of Minnesota where she completed medical school and a pediatric residency, including one year as chief resident. She is board certified in pediatrics and enjoys the variety in caring for children from birth through college age. She practiced general pediatrics for twenty-six years in the east metro area before joining Partners in Pediatrics in 2023.

Dr Bye lives with her family in Saint Paul. She has two adult children (which is honestly still a little hard to believe). In her free time she enjoys traveling, baking, learning Spanish and a variety of crafty hobbies, some of which have earned her ribbons at the Minnesota State Fair.
