I was given a pile of paperwork to fill out while I waited for the provider- it would have been nice to have it emailed to me so I could fill it out because my son needed to be held due to how hot and sticky and uncomfortable it was in the exam room. I struggled to fill it out. I waited a half hour past my appointment time in the small exam room that was so hot- both my son and I were sweating profusely/over heating. Then when the provider came in, she was rushed and I felt not very detailed/ did what she needed to do like checking things off a list, and did not listen to my concerns. I felt I was pushed into treatment and there wasn't a real discussion/I was not made aware of treatment options.
